8/22/22 - Mighty Mountain

I started out on this one with the idea of a mountain for practice and no other plan..

I am fairly pleased with the individual elements. My composition on the fly is pretty much non existent at the moment. I will need to work on that. The top of the evergreen on the left does not look good against the dark red/orange bush (again, composition). I do think the mountain is not too bad.

18x24 canvas. Painting #43 in my awesomely fun Bob Ross experience. Never created a painting in my life before Feb 1, 2022. I am really enjoying the journey.
