This is something totally different and out of the mainstream. I found the tutorial in the book βThe magic of oil painting IIβ by Bill Alexander.
I personally like this scene very much, it also gives you practice in perspective. You have to watch a lot of things here. Also I like the power lines integrated in the scene.
Oils on canvas panel 16 x 24 in (40 x 60 cm)
Great job Tom.
Terrific work...love the perspective achieved!
Thank you very much Nancy. I am glad you like it. I aim for different things as well, not only standard mountain evergreen stuff.
Thank you Tomi for your support.
Many thanks Sandy!
the composition in this is brilliant, really fresh in terms of layout. love to see something out of the usual format. Masterfully executed as usual!

Really nice Tom. In my head, I have a short list (~5 people or so) of what I consider 'top tier' artists on Two Inch Brush. You are on my list ;)
