With this picture I have only one Bill episode left from the book ‚The Art of Bill Alexander and Lowell Spears; Series 1‘.
In my opinion a pretty straight forward episode without any secrets. I am really pleased with the sky in this one. adding a tiny bit of phtalo green in the lower part of the sky gives it really a nice mood and feeling of depth.
A lot of foliage is needed in this one, thus a lot of color. But this is normal for such scenes.
This is oils on canvas panel 16 x 20 inches. (40 x 50 cm).
