Autumn Dreams - Bill Alexander

Tom0779 10 Jul 2023

New painting from last weekend. I think this is one of the regular Bill episodes with the most things going on inside it.
There is a mountain, Autumn trees and 3 buildings. It took me 3 hours which is quite long for me to paint a 25 minute tutorial of Bill.
I really like the colors in this, also the houses are very colorful. I will have to make minor corrections on the houses once it is dry, but overall I am really happy with the results. I will update this thread after I corrected them.

thank you Terry. I think 3 hours is my normal range for Bobs tutorials, with Bill I am normally a bit faster.

GreT job!

Thanks a lot Nivek!

Thanks Jim, it needs some practice to do the houses like Bob or Bill do, i.e. just using the knife. But once you got it it is a very fast way to do them.

Thanks P, indeed a spectacular view.

Mayn thanks Cold!

Nice.

Thank you abha!

Awesome job Tom - that mountain!!!!!!!!!!! Trees are beautiful.

Many thanks Tony, I am also quite happy with the mountains in this one.

Wonderful, better then the original.

Thank you Jos, I used the book version for this project. Book version is often better than the TV one!
