Oh dear... will the storm be unleashed or will it blow over? I do not know...
This one is based on a photograph by a friend and collegue of mine.
I used the Bob Ross wet-on-wet techniques for this one.
It turned quite darker when it dried... but oh well.

I showed the painting to my friend and she liked how her photograph has been turned into a painting.
this one is a special treat, as I've been dreaming of capturing the beauty of the flat plains of my home in North Dakota but I haven't been able to think of a good design. This is like a dream come true in some sense, in that it is a mental image brought to reality. I especially enjoy the depth of the composition as painting plains can sometimes look like a horizontal stripe. So well done, thank you for this.
