Happy with the result. Struggling with the grass.
Beautiful!!
Really well done, very pretty sky and water. Awesome sand and grasses too. You must have incredible patience for all of the liner work. Super Ted✌️
Grass and sand look realistic. Top work👍🏼🇩🇪
Reminds me of one or two beaches in Yorkshire. And you did a lovely job of this Tel. All of your grasses look teriffic, from the tall strand wheat all the way down to the tiny bits poking through the sand. I think I know what's causing your struggle, I've had the same issue myself and its not the blades of grass themselves is it, am I right?
Looking great!
The warm sky, the blueish sand where there's shadow.
Let's go for a stroll and enjoy the sunset! (or sunrise depending on where you are)
Amazing detail in the single grass leaves and flowers. I wonder whether this is the actual beach in Wemeldinge (looked at your profile and saw that is where youre based, and I have a friend from there). Great work, very accyrate depiction of dune vegetation!
Beautiful detail work...great job!
Love it all wouldn’t change a thing! How’d you do the sand?
Love it, it looks like the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico with the sugar white sand!
FANTASTIC
Thank you for the nice comments. It's actually a tutorial from Michael James Smith. But you can definitely see these scenes in And around Wemeldinge. The sand is done with first a block in and then with a tree and texture brush to do all the little dots. After that it's just filling in with some shells, and little sticks and grass. The main problem I was struggling was the oil paint and liquin combination. When it was to much liquin it was just dripping off my rigger brush and when it was too little you get broken lines. It was just nice learning curve. When your 5cm away from your painting and with the little happy accidents you see everything, 🤓
