This is incredible painting Nivek! Awesome stones and landscape. Beautiful sky too!
I suppose because it was used canvas you were not worried to make it perfect, but you got absolutely stunning scene. It feels painted lightly.

Thank you @sunnylady this was more to practice the sky and stones really, not 100% happy with the sky but the ideas ok, my rocks are getting better but still need work. Good tip i heard today was to use at least five colours when painting rock. Think mine have three 🤦🏼‍♂️

Giving one more look and thought about the scene I would suggest to lighten up the standalone trees on the left side. They jump out of the distance due to their darkness while other side of water has a nicer progression on the value. The very right tree is a bit light in value.

I think stones more about correct value and even 10 colors will not hurt if they follow the value to create shapes. Your stones look awesome and gave character. Sky is great as well, maybe it is not following the linear perspective. I am reading a book from John Carlson and just reached the chapter about linear perspective.

Very cool! I feel like an ant in that landscape.. I'm trying to figure out exactly what happens with the lines to give it that feel and perspective. Often it feels like that when we stand out under our big sky here, like it just wraps all around you..
