Had this old chopping board we were going to throw out so thought I'd paint on it! Been watching Sky TV Landscape artist of the year slot recently and have seen many artist paint on unprepared board so thought I'd give it a go expecting it to go horribly wrong at some point but no better way to learn! Drop of linseed oil mixed with the paint and away we go.
