Saint Sava (1175 - 1236) was the first Archbishop of the autocephalous Serbian Orthodox Church, and a pivotal figure in Serbian history and culture. Born as Rastko Nemanjić in the XII century, he played a crucial role in establishing the Serbian church and promoting education and culture among the Serbian people.
Sava is revered as a saint in the Eastern Orthodox Church and is celebrated as a unifying and spiritual leader in Serbian history, known for his wisdom, piety, and contributions to Serbian identity.
I painted this portrait for my school after the professors learned about my incredible art skills. They offered me a job to paint him for Saint Sava's Day, celebrated on January 27th. I've finished this portrait at school during the break.
I don't mind, I'm 17, but I'm turning 18 in September this year.
Very impressive!
You definitely have talent!
