Anna Freud (1895 - 1982) was a pioneering psychoanalyst and a significant figure in the field of child psychology. She was the youngest child of Sigmund Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis.
Anna Freud made notable contributions to understanding child development, defense mechanisms, and the impact of early experiences on personality formation. Her work emphasized the importance of the ego in managing conflicts and adapting to reality. Throughout her career, she advocated for the application of psychoanalytic principles in understanding and supporting children's emotional well-being.
This was also one of the posters I've done for the International Women's Day and it was the job I got from my Psychology professor.
