This is my fourth painting and it is from Bob Ross' "Grandeur of Summer". I feel a little better about these clouds from previous paintings. Still having trouble trying to make the paint break on the mountains.
Thank you @Midnite Painter. Are you talking about soaking the excess oils out for the "snow" paint?
Yes, I did that on last 3 I’ve done, used in clouds on “mountain river”, went too heavy on glacier part on “mighty mountain”. Having minimal paint on the base layer is important start as well.

@midnite Painter. Thank you for that info. I thought I got the "mountain color" off of there. I'll try making sure it's off better next time along with your other suggestion. Thanks for the feedback!

Trees look good. Put paint on paper bag/cardboard to soak excess oils out, after 15-30 minutes it’s a noticeable difference.
