I did this for my niece when she was a baby (13 years ago) 😱. Her mom found this cupcake picture/painting on Pinterest and asked if I could do it. The round balls are supposed to be pearls just fyi 🤣

What's this? Cupcake wars? haha. I love your version. You got the swirl in the cream where I lost the plot! You can get those pearls for cakes in silver and gold, we call them dragees.
