So Iβm calling this an original I got a couple of Ideas online. First time doing a road. Really wanted to do falling leaves and make the road look more like gravel! Baby steps! π

Here are little tips... To make a gravel texture, you could have used the "splatter" technique. You just have to use different shades of gray. Splatters should be bigger toward the front. Another way could have been to use an old fan brush all scrunched up. Again, using different shades of gray (darker and bigger towards the front and lighter & smaller towards the back), you dab gently your road.
You can always add a few remaining orangey, reddish and/or brownish leaves on some of the branches of the foreground trees. Have a few on the ground as well, but not much. It will add to the "falling leaves" mood. π
