A friend requested a painting of dandelions blowing in the wind. I thought white and fluffy would be difficult, so this is inspired from a photograph of dandelions against the sunset. These are acrylics on a 16 X 20 canvas. It was fun to paint and my friend loved it!
The background is so soft, almost like water colour. The detailed dandelions look very good against that soft background.
Love the psychedelic feel you created with dandelions, it makes my head swim! Vere nice painting!
