I always appreciate the sunrise on my way to work, and I end up taking a lot of photos (not while driving!) so I decided to attempt painting from one. I'm pleased with how the sky turned out. The power lines were hard! Getting long, confident, yet delicate lines took several tries, and they still don't look confident enough to me. The buildings are either still drying, or there's some odd shininess in the foreground. This one took several days.
