Trying to recreate the same scene multiple times was a challenge. I tried to keep it simple in the hopes that I could come up with something that looked fairly consistent in each scene. Iām pretty happy with how it ended up.
Couldn't help it but my first impression was to wonder why there were Roman numbers on each creation?! š Silly me!
You did very well with the colours! I tried 'four seasons' myself, early 2020, on four different canvasses and know this can be one hell of a task to make them more or less lookalike.
Haha voy. I was thinking of having a go at it on one canvas, you know four skies, followed by four mountains etc in four different colour-ways, and get a flow going, it's got to be the simplest way hasn't it.
Well in fact TLP, I obtained a canvas from the recycling shop yesterday, 12"x36" and it can easily fit four ovals (vertical) in a row. I am thinking out loud about using one of Bob's recreations for this and give it a four seasons look every time.
But that will take some time for me to figure out, and I have so many projects running momentarely! Sigh!
But it would be great to do this on one larger canvas, seperated by some paint tape. I will applaud you for sure!!
TLP-it is a single 24x30 canvas which I sectioned off with good ol painters tape.

I like this four seasons idea. I'm surprised Bob didn't do it along with "double take". I imagine it is quite a challenge. What a great way to practice though. Are they four individuals or did you section out one single canvas?
