I paint a bit less these days (Baldurs Gate 3 occupying my time lol) but a few days ago I was in the mood for a forest painting. But also I was in the mood for a brown sky painting. Out came this one and I think it has a nice and, for a brown painting, surprisingly cold evening feel. I painted it in 2 sessions because I didn't quite "feel" it in the first one. I kind of forced myself to paint that time and it wasn't really fun. So I finished everything that potentially needed blending so the painting could safely dry and finished the foliage, trees dirt 2 days later. I think it wouldn't have turned out quite as nice had I forced myself to go on.
Thanks so much Sandy!
Really nice Hammi.
Superb!
Super work .ππΌπ©πͺ
I love the pointy-ness of your evergreens. And that fade from pink to brown in the sky is excellent.
Very realistic.
Good job!
Thanks a lot folks!
@NickReynolds: Thank you! Funnily enough there is actually no pink in my sky, I used exclusively brown and white. But now that you said it I definitely see it :D
