Another David Jansen tutorial. This one was a bit easier than the last. Painted on a 9 x 12 hardboard coated with gesso front and back. The boards are smooth which is great for detail. Paints used mostly Liquitex Heavy body along with some Jansenart Heritage. He says Heritage is non toxic so you can safely use your fingers in the paint to blend edges, etc. He also has an Extender Medium that slows dry time a bit and helps when applying backgrounds and blending. It’s made acrylic painting a much better experience. This tutorial can be found on YouTube.
