The city of Vienna provides the option to rent artworks owned by the city. Every household in Vienna can rent up to four pieces for up to one year, for 3€ per month.
I currently have a fantastic piece by Ernst Skrička hanging in my living room. There is very little to find about him on the internet, but his works show up from time to time at auction listings online marketplaces.
This is a painting inspired by his style. The second picture is the one I borrowed from the city.
