Santa is showing off a chart that resembles one of the main topics of her master's thesis. In the background is a map of a research cruise she'll go on next year. (she's a biologist)
Had a lot of pressure to draw a good one this year, now that I'm really learning how to draw. I'm very happy with the result.

It's a word play on "ERC grant", which is funding for research groups by the European Research Council
