‘Watercolour Countryside’ is an early (Jan3 2017) Nil Rocha tute in line and wash on 7x5” Cold Press 300gsm 100% Art Spectrum cotton paper. Enjoy.
Update 18 Feb '24: Just added better photo with the micro-shadows eliminated by direct front lighting via a selfie ring. Looks better. See photo of new photographing system in Additional photo in my 'Street Scene' painting. Enjoy.
Super work Dave! Love that rural scene lots. It puts some joy in my heart!
I just got a watercolor kit yesterday! 😃 Can't wait to try it. I am still working on an oil. As soon as I am done, Watercolors it is. I am a little intimidated but, there's a first time to everything. 😊
Very nice
Thanks Dirk, much appreciated. Looking to improve a number of areas though. We'll see what the next one looks like. Cheers
Thank you Nancy. I'm pleased the rural scenes puts some joy into your heart. Also pleased that you are going to give it a try. Start with these simple line and wash demos. They could lead into some fun intro classes into watercolours like the fun wine and acrylic (eg 'Paint and Sip', 'Pinot and Picasso') type workshops for you. Cheers
Thanks Cold, much appreciated, cheers.
Nice one Dave, I am not aware about this episode yet ;)
nice work!
Thanks Tom, This is 1 of his earliest within his 'Videos' menu. You'll have to scroll down through the 470 odd videos to get to this one in early 2017 - 6th last. Cheers
Thanks Jeff, cheers
