This was painted from a photo with people on the path but I decided not to paint them as I felt it would look too twee. I’m not sure if I will add an animal on the path or not. I feel I have learned what I can from this piece, so probably not. It was interesting to paint all the background trees knowing that most of it would be lost in the sunlight.
