I thought for weeks about this one. It grabbed my by the throat at first sight and knew that I wanted to create it one day. I just needed the right mood and specially a strong hand and mind for it.
Doggymommee and Sunnylady, my friends who saw this up front, told me that it is really a more powerful creation then I expected at first. We all felt the community had to be able to share its opinion about it.

Give this drawing some attention please, let us know what it means to you, and feel free to comment on either creation or forum!

THANKS!

It has a very Jungian quality, the Shadow embracing Ego to form the undivided and individuated Self.

Ian_Adkins Hmmm, never looked at it this way! I guess I felt too emotional about it.

@Voy Kay#857 Perhaps that's why, perhaps it represents completeness, a kind of coming home to one's wholeness and self-sufficiency. It's a profound feeling, and self-empathy is so very hard, it's bound leave oneself emotional. It's an existential breakthrough.
