            While there may be local differences copying another persons work and using it in a commercial manner is seen as a copyright infringement in many countries.

            Felix My apologies Felix - I was speaking from what little experience I have in such matters in the country I live in. I had not thought about the 'commercial manner' aspects of fundraising by the hospices but I can see your point. Apologies.

              ForestVueGallery My word you gave me a difficult job! Your work is so good and so prolific! It was like letting a child roam free in ToysRUs.

              I based my selection on a couple of points, Hope, Peace and Beauty. I selected those with a less wintery theme so as to avoid the Christmas event.

              The ones I would like to ask you permission to use are:

              A New Day to give hope for another day
              Mountain at Sunset because of it's beauty
              Peaceful Reflection because of it's peaceful quality.

              I will leave it up to you which one(s) you give me permission to use and I will be very grateful no matter which ones, if any, you agree to. It was a very hard process.

                    Hi NKav - your work is really great. What I have done, because of the size of the original artwork, is create a section for postcard size images. Not everybody will want a large picture, especially on the bedside cabinet in the hospice. Is that okay with you? I have copied 14 so far but it is like an Aladdin's cave! Every time I look I find a new gem. Thank you.
