Ian_Adkins It's strange isn't it? Returning from Korea I missed kimchi like I miss bread when I'm abroad. It went away after two weeks, but it was a very strange feeling

@Colin Hudson#810 I grew up watching Monty python and β€œAre you being served?”. I had an unusually comedy orientation as a child πŸ˜‚

@Felix omg Austrian bread! I was there for 2 weeks when I was 17 and as much as I loved everything about the country the thing I missed most after leaving was the bread. My host family got fresh bread every morning for breakfast. It was glorious!

@Daddy'slilmonster#821 Jo seas! I'm Austrian too πŸ˜ƒ

Hi all. I'm from England and about as far Right as you can get in that little lump called East Anglia 😁

Nivek1971 If you wade out a little, but your feet are still touching the seabed, do you reckon you're still in East Anglia? If you wanted to go a little further right. 😁

DaniG - East Anglia isn't high enough to call a lump! Slight swelling possibly 8-)

    I am from the southeast of England, Uk!
    interesting topic to follow!

      I'm from Alaska. Surrounded by majestic beauty and inspiration. Maybe that's why I've been painting beaches and palm trees lately! πŸ˜†

      Yep.. Live in SolCal with it 75 and sunny most of the time and I'm painting snow πŸ˜ƒ

        wybnormal Quite the opposite here, being from Orange County but living in upstate New York under 16" of snow. If my Bob daily calendar has a winter scene, I skip ahead to the day after. The white stuff wears out its welcome very quickly. Funny, I grew up thinking snow was this cotton fluff from Santa's playland in the mall. The reality was bracing, to put it mildly. It was like I landed on some moon of Jupiter.
