Switch to linseed oil and maybe to lavender oil (Read SDS-safety data sheet still for this one) as quick drying solvent. It still smells a lot and you need to keep windows open. You need to subcontract your partner to wash you brushes into ODP thinner in garage.

I will suggest switch to fully synthetic brushes that imitative natural bristles. They can be washed in water with laundry soap (the one that our grandparents/parents used to wash clothes in 1970-1980).
Also those brushes are cheaper for replacement in case you will be tired to clean them.

HappyLittleCloud and of course discuss with your doctor that SDS.

ODP can be cancerogenic as it is mixture of hydrocarbons. Read that SDS too and bring up to the doctor.
If the doctor says stop listen, but you have an argument that painting keeps you calm and removes any anxiety. Pregnancy may bring a lot of thoughts up and it is important to stay in your good place.

Paint using gloves/apron.

Alternative: Gouache. It can give some of the same behaviors that oils would do, but it is water based paint. Easy to clean up.
Acrylics - maybe too much of change and can make you more nervous, but if you are willing to try go for it with 5-7 basic colors. (red, yellow, blue, white, purple, green, brown, black).
