So I did a couple of paintings with Bob Ross recently and watched a lot of BR and other masters videos and caught up quite a lot of ideas and thought myself ready for smth original (ha) and of my own making( haha)
Well long story short I painted quite a view in oils on a big canvas but only after I deemed it finished I walked back a few steps and realized that my central mountain looks like a complete schmuck
So now I'm at a loss a bit. Is there a way I can try and fix it or better leave it be and come back to that project after I gained some real experience and just do it all over again?

    _nova you can always
    1) leave it as it is as a reminder of where you started.
    2) scrape it off and try to do what you have visualized
With that being said, I don’t know the painting you’ve done, but will it destroy anything else? Is it just a mountain?
    3) scrape the entire canvas, wipe
it down with thinner and start the process all over again
