I was digging around looking Blue Ridge oil paints and I notice he has a few different whites one of which is called Cremnitz White. Reading about that lead to link that gave nice details about white pigments and the use of different oils with white and why different oils were used. Like walnut oil vs linseed oil. Cool stuff to learn.. I wish I had started years ago and not just several months ago.
