I’m learning that I need to use more paint to achieve the right effects. However the amount of paint left over on my palette at the end grieves me somewhat.
Is it possible to store it to use again, eg in a small Tupperware box or similar?
Thanks.
Emchop yes, it is possible. You will need to use something that has a tight lid and simply put it in the freezer. It will help to store colors in good shape for couple of weeks without drying. brown colors dry first, even in two weeks they can form some sort of film on top. I was recently thinking that weekly pill dispenser that has 7 small individual chambers is a good option. tight lid helps to prevent vapors from paints to contaminate the food.
Sunnylady thank you, will give it a go.
Little food service cups, for sauces, chutney, salsa, etc., for getting takeaway. Big wholesale clubs or food service supply stores will have sleeves of them. Since they're HDPE or similar, they can be discarded or (aspirationally perhaps) recycled.
