This scene is one of my personal winter favorites. I couldn't be much more pleased with the way the mountain turned out. A lot of challenges throughout. Surprisingly it really didn't take me too long to do.
Thx Dracula
Did you have to upload your painting right before mine, Mgiese84? You're a hard act to follow. 🙂
Seriously, though, nice work. Very sharp and clear...lots of detail, too.
Lol Alex, too funny. And thanks for the compliments
Gorgeous! Some of your paintings (like this one) make me want to paint episodes I would normally pass over based on Bob's or others work.
Thank you Pam. A very kind complement
So far I've been happy with my own style, but these vibrant works that keep cropping up make mine look insipid. I think I am actually afraid to use colour. I'm not too fond of the use of bold colours but your paintings are lively and have just the right amount of vibrancy that I really like.
Such a nice sunlit scene, sun is already low at horizon and gives this golden lighting and makes things look warm and soft!
