Still muddy at the bottom- trying to work on keeping my early layers drier. I generally like the background (mountains) more, so Iām always hesitant to but in the foreground. I liked this one more than any of my other attempts though.

Kevin Hill does a neat little trick to dry between layers by laying on a piece of absorbent paper and leaving it there for 15 minutes. When he peels it off it has soaked up the excess oil. It seems to work really well, I haven't tried it myself though.
