Learned lots on this one. Was a rather quick painting compared to how long it usually takes me. Learning from my mistakes and enjoying the journey.

Love this painting - the rocks under the water are fabulous. You've inspired me to have a go at this one - hadn't come across it before.
Thank you everyone! Such kind words :) the rocks were a lot of fun. Honestly when I put them in with gesso I wasn’t expecting much. I tend to notice when I have low expectations for a painting and just paint for the joy of it, I’m not usually disappointed :). I love the ovals. Will have to pick up some more.
