Can you share some of the techniques used for the grass and the trees?

Just used the two inch brush. Tapped the color into the brush on the palate and tapped the edge of the brush for the grass and big limbs for the velvety texture. Same for the highlight color, adding liquid white to make the highlight stick. Note I use a very very light touch. Smaller limbs and bushes I used just the very corner edge of the two inch

I really like this painting too. It has a lovely softness to it that makes it a real pleasure to look at. Thanks for sharing your techniques. I might give it a try.
