Thanks mashoo! I have a bad habit of not preparing my paint properly for the bushes haha! I always just wanna dive in and go crazy with the highlights 😂 but I will definitely use a smaller brush for them! I use my 2 inch for the shrubbery. I hadn't considered that haha
I really like the variation of colors in the top tree limb.
One thing you could try in your next painting is changing the snow color on one side of your mountains to create more depth and variation there

Perhaps, for the foliage highlights, you can try thinning the paint more, or loading your 1-inch brush or foliage brush with more paint - to give those busy highlights a bit more texture. Up to you.
