Enjoyed the challenge of creating the tree trunk but found tree canopy very difficult to produce. Not quite got the technique yet. I added bird and little gate at the end of the path as it seems to give more depth.

The birds are a great addition and the base of the tree is really nice. It makes me wonder what I might find inside! As for the canopy of the tree, try leaving more space in between the leaves like you did in the bottom right branches of the tree. Especially as you get farther to the ends of the branches you will start seeing more and more sky. Leaves are easy to overdo. I usually put a small amount on and then step back about 6 ft. Most of the time, what I thought was only a tiny amount at 6inches is actually plenty when viewed at 6ft.
