I've been wanting to do this painting for some time. It was worth the wait. I really enjoyed this one. A good painting to practice evergreens. I did secluded bridge a few months ago, but I think I like this scene better. Ross oils on 18 X 24 canvas

Nice strong colours in the foreground compared to the softness in the sky. I like it!
Thank you liquid clear! (I like your username!). When I first painted the water it had a more purple hue. I wasn't liking it so I added more phthalo blue and was much happier with the result.
