My third painting, and the first one I was pleased with all aspects. The colors are more subtle in person. The taller plants were sloppy, but I didn't have any liquid black so it was tough.
^^Sunnylady is absolutely correct. You can use linseed oil (heck, baby oil for that matter) to thin your paint. I've never purchased liquid black or liquid white - I make my own every time. Keep it in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer if I make too much Never had a problem. 👍

For liquid black read the articles in this website. In two words you can add linseed oil and paint thinner to any color and make it liquid color, not just black or white.
