I like a fell down tree. Oval brush is effective.
Impressive as always, couldn't agree more with Voy! It looks so real and feels like from a tale.
Beautiful painting! I think you need to do an exhibition of your best 30-40 works there in Japan. I am sure people will be interested to buy!
@Voy Kay @Romain Thank you both.
I haven't painted all of Bob's episodes ,
if I want to do so of course I can .
But I prefer to paint original paintings.
I 've painted about 90 Bob's episodes so far.
@Sunnylady
Thanks for the good suggestions, if I live in a western country, I will do without hesitation. However, Japan is completely different from the Western country, and most Japanese people do not decorate their houses with oil paintings.Even if there are buyers,probably less than 1%, and most of them are for investment and tax savings.
Today, even famous painters seem to be struggling to sell paintings.
Such an interesting insight in the cultural specifics! I would never think about it. Live and learn. Thank you for sharing. May be posting in Facebook, etc and exhibiting online could be an option. In Russia there is totally different school for the art and BR style paintings will not fly. Here landscapes very often have little church or very narrow scene with pond and birches as not many mountains here with snowtops.
@Tom0779 Thank you for your nice comment.
I'm very glad you like it.
The cluster of bushes on the right is amazing. Imagine all of the little critters living there. All of Bob's friends. I also whole-heartedly agree that the oval brush is indeed fantastic.

Gosh, is there anything you can't paint from Bob Ross? Second best 'Indian summer' I ever saw (Number one is from Jhale706 but you both are neck on neck!!). Superb finishing of trees and bushes. One is empted to feel those barks to know if they are painted or for real!
