I painted this on a giant canvas, 24” by 36” I think? I messed up on the mountains on the left and had to re-do them but they became snowy mountains that didn’t match the ones on the right! I also shouldn’t have put tree reflections on the right. Lots of learning with this one. :)

It was certainly difficult painting on a bigger scale. That's why except for two times, I've painted everything on 16x20" canvases!

My word, that is indeed a giant canvas. How did you manage? I wrote an article about painting on giant canvasses, it isn't always easy! Your tree line, grassfields and right mountains are very good, no worries. The missing reflections and the left mountains …. we are all learning, no worries about it. Till next one!
