OMG it has become an addiction. I canβt stop painting with Bob. Now my parents want me to paint a Bob Ross for their living room! Everybody around me is so suprised. I never was a painter, but now they want me to paint for them. Bob in heaven, I really want to thank you for that, π!!
Thanks Voy Kay, your compliments make me happy!. I used again the cat tongue brush ans some medium for the bushes, for my paintings that works fine. I only paint on canvas paper, A3 format. Still just practising...
Never tried canvas paper before, is that very different from canvas and canvasboards? I prefer canvas myself since Bob's creations do ask for some powering interventions now and then so I prefer to do that on an easel. I buy either canvasses from the 'Action' store (very cheap stuff) or either at a VanBeekart store (online then) who offer excellent quality for a budget price. Reminds me to try my cat tongues in the future since I only use filbert brushes and that only very sparse. Have a great week!
You achieved a great sense of distance in this painting. That, in combination with your naturalistic color choices, makes this painting stand out. Good work!

It is indeed true that one can easily get hooked on Painting with/like Bob. I also had this request for a living room painting, performed these early January and with great result! WIth Bob aside, few can go wrong, is it? Great depth in this one and such wonderful bushes on the right bottom, I'm jealous!
