It is a very nice painting even with your mountains which are not bad at all. In my experience, three things do the trick for the mountains. 1. Use a good palette knife, mainly a heavy one like Bob shows in his very first episode. 2. use quality paint! The thincker (more pigment) the better. And if too thick you can Always add a very little linseed oil. 3. Never push the knife on the canvas, always let it glide off it. There is a Q&A episode from Bob with his son Steve where they demonstrate mountain painting. I believe also in the BLOG section of this website, there is something to be found about this.
Good luck on future endeavourments!
