Was able to finally fix the foreground tree to my satisfaction and added a bit of "depth" by bringing the green up the mountains a bit. Yay - done with this painting.

You are a mountain master for sure! The foreground does have excellent detail while still remaining pleasantly painterly. I think you've struck a great balance!
