My 2nd attempt at peaceful waters.. I felt my hills tone and shade were better but crap I struggle with SHAPING my bushes and greenery…I’m starting to understand color mixing better to get the layering effect but my shaping is super weak. I also accidentally (yet happily lol) started to highlight my evergreens so eh.. any tips?!

Theres a lot to like about this version. Mountain and sky are particularly good.
Bushes are better in this one. Tip for evergreens: highlight mainly top of tree, try less highlight towards the bottom of the tree, leave it darker towards the base, you do that by using less pressure as you go down the tree. Then your bushes in front of it stand out even more. Hope that helps.
