My second Bob episode from last weekend. It is one of my personal favorites from the whole series which I did years ago with acrylics and this did not really work, LOL. I love paintings with old buildings.
You will not hear me saying that often, but I am almost 100% happy with how this episode turned out. I made the path a bit more leading to the old barn, as I did not understand how it suddenly ends. However this is an individual thing.
Overall this is one of the average difficult episodes by Bob, it took me a bit more time (3 hours) than normal.
Normally I paint two pictures per week, I 'd like to continue with 1 Bill and 1 Bob per week in the future. Let's see.
This is oils on canvas panel 16 x 24 inches (40 x 60 cm)

Many thanks Dirk. Curious to see some new one from you too.

Very nice Tom and that's a typical Bill path haha! I agree we're looking forward to something new from our friend of DE.

Thanks Jos. I know you don't like the curved paths, but actually from perspective the look much more real.

So gorgeous!

Wow! This is amazing. It’s very calming, inviting. I love seeing paintings where the artist is so happy with their work! It shows the true joy of painting!

Thanks Nancy, seems we have the same taste. We both seem to prefer the ones with buildings. πŸ˜€
