Sometimes you dont know that a canvas is vertical until you start watching the episode! This one was actually way more complicated than it looks, because at the beginning, after he starts ainting, Bob forgets that he it liquid clear down PRIOR to his colors on the black part of the canvas. Of course, I didnt bother to start over so the blending was a little tougher.

I can hear him now "oh Bob, you've messed up this time". I've noticed on more than one of his videos its not clear how he's prepped the canvas. That love that yellow glow at the base of the distant cliff, it's very effective.

It happened to me too many ties! Lol! 😁 So I started to watch the episode (at least the first 5-10 mins) for that very purpose. Now that I have the books, I know what to expect canvas prep wise.
