Red Sunset

Ninoum 26 Jun 2024

I made the colors of the sky less vivid. I thought it look like a rainbow and wasn’t a huge fan.

The blue in my path jumps out a lot on the picture. It is a lot less vibrant in real.

Fun one to do. πŸ˜€

Beautiful

Way better than the original. I agree with your sentiments

Good Morning / Guten Morgen from Germany , my friend. . Looks better than the original. Super Sky and the trees look very realistic. Here we say "great cinema"πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Pretty! I especially like the foreground

It's beautiful. Love the lighting especially in the foreground, great job.

Excellent painting...love all the details here!

Good one, Nancy.

The sky is still showing a beautiful sunset.
So, well done with toning it down. I very much like it this way. <3

I actually don't mind the biright blue on the path.
But I guess that's just me liking the orange-blue contrast. LOL

Thank you Cold and Bob! 😊

Thank you bunchy my great friend! πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺπŸ₯°

Thak you very much Jeff. I am not a huge fan of those type of skies, but I did the best I could. I might add little floaters. Still thinking about t. πŸ€”

Many thx Pam! The foreground was my fav part to paint.

Thank you TLP! β˜€οΈI tried to be mindful of where light could be hitting in the foreground. I looked at pictures online for ideas/inspiration. Sometimes it hits at places you'd never guessed. Glad you like.

Thank you very much Sandy! πŸ€—

Thank you super much Titia! I guess you are right about the blue and the orange contrasting... it is nice. 😊

Dirk, I used the oval brush for my evergreens. It makes incredible trees this way. Bob was using a 2" brush... not as nice imho.

What a beautiful and moody piece, Nancy. I love the sky and the wild bushes at the front.
