High Chateau

So overall I'm happy with the way this one came out. As per usual, the colors are muted because I guess that's just my thing. I was surprised he didn't add a big tree or something on the right side, because it seemed so open, but I think he just ran out of time because he worked so much on the background. I realized I probably could of still added it, but I decided not to, and leave it be. I like making the the houses, barns and cabins and whatnot. I think my favorite part of this one were the clouds. I think they came out better than usual because I feel like it was easier to get this effect on a drier canvas. (Since we don't use the magic white until the bottom half of the canvas, which I thought was an interesting technique).
