Another one in the "big-tree-serie", in my first attempt (not uploaded) I used self made liq. green but it was far too light, in this second attempt I first covered the canvas with a thin layer of linseed oil and then a thick layer of sap green with some black. The great idea of the puddles I got from Paul Ransons tutorial, on canvasboard 30 x 24 cm.
Wow this came out really great! Iโm going give something like this a try.
Cool vegetation, and the water puddles are also very beautiful๐๐ผ๐ฉ๐ช
Looks good!
ahhh the greens!me luvs this!!
Super job on the textures! Keeps it interesting since there is basically one color.
Super Jos!
Thank you very much Nancy, Bob, Dirk, Cold, Pietro, Pam (I used more colors but it's hard to see) and Brian!
This is very beautiful!! Love Paul Ranson! You did a awesome job!
Wow, really nice job, Jos! I especially like the many layers of bushes and trees, and how the light strikes the puddles and just a handful of the tops of the foreground bushes.
Great work Jos.
Thank you Elsie (Pauls tutorials are great!), Jon (mostly I forget but this time I added some sparklers at the end) and Tomi.
Love this...came out so good!
I like the pudles you added, very nice!
Thank you Tom, 'stolen' from Paul Ranson!
