Can't remember I had to put so many stones at the side of the water, but I like the underwater effect of the black gesso underpainting in this pretty deep wood scene, on canvasboard 30 x 24 cm.

Dirk: according Bob this was an easy painting also for beginners, but I think it is easy if you master the techniques for tree foliage, bushes, waterlines and stones
