Mystic Mountain

PeterA 14 Jan 2024

Here's my take of Mystic Mountain. It's #10 in my BR journey. I took a little break from painting, and I could tell. I also switched to a new set of non-BR brushes that I really like so far. Any comments, good or bad, are welcome as always.

Very nice

Nice, I can't say much about the new brushes and their effect, the photo is a bit too fuzzy for that, but I also often work with non-BR material πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Strange, it looks like something happened when it uploaded as the photo isn't fuzzy. I went to add it again but now it's too large. Lol. So, I reduced the size a little and it seems to be clearer now.

Very nice! Photo tip: if you're using your cell phone (like many of us do) make sure that the HD setting is turned on. Your photo won't lose quality when resized.

You really did a great job Peter. As Dirk mentioned, you don't need to have the Bob Ross brand brushes to recreate his compositions. It will look as good.

Fun fact... If you ever do a Bob Ross workshop, they will require you to only use Bob's material. The reason behind this is that it will recreate Bob style and effects perfectly. They also tell you that you can use whatever you want when you are at home. πŸ˜‰

Nice.
